    STEP 1

    1. Complete our entry level program Class 3 Real Estate Assistant Agent, previously known as the certificate of registration
    2. Apply to  NSW Fair Trading as an Assistant Agent (Class 3)

    Conditions: 

    • You must work under the supervision of a Class 1 licence holder
    • Requirement to transition to a Class 2 licence within 4 years of commencement
    • Each year study a further 3 units of competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification

    STEP 2

    1. Complete our license program Class 2 Real Estate Agent (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
    2. Apply to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 2 Licence

    Conditions: 

    • Complete a minimum of two years as a Licensed Agent in the property industry
    • Provide NSW Fair Trading evidence of your work experience logbook
    • Each year agents must undertake 4 hours of mandatory CPD training in line with NSW Fair Trading CPD requirements

    STEP 3

    1. Complete our license program Class 1 License-In-Charge (CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
    2. Apply to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 1 Licence

    Conditions: 

    • Complete a minimum of two years as a Licensed Agent in the property industry
    • Provide NSW Fair Trading evidence of your work experience logbook
    • Each year agents must undertake 4 hours of mandatory CPD training in line with NSW Fair Trading CPD requirements

    2. Apply to Consumer Affairs for an Estate Agent’s Licence

    Conditions: 

    • You must have gained the aggregate of at least one-year full-time experience as an agent’s representative in Victoria
