Donna is an enthusiastic and experienced Student Support Officer who genuinely cares about quality customer service and helping others reach their potential with second chance education. Donna brings a wealth of experience having previously worked in, Educational Call Centre’s, Sales, Administration Management and Customer Service, her primary focus is engaging with new and prospective students to ensure their enrolment needs are met, and collaborating with Management, Sales and Marketing teams to ensuring smooth transition and support of all students.
