Step 1

Complete our entry level program Class 3 Real Estate Assistant Agent, previously known as the certificate of registration

Apply to  Access Canberra as an Assistant Agent (Class 3)

Conditions: 

  • You must work under the supervision of a Class 1 licence holder
  • Requirement to transition to a Class 2 licence within 4 years of commencement
  • Each year complete 12 Points of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Step 2

Complete our license program Class 2 Real Estate Agent (CPP4149 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)

Apply to Access Canberra for a Class 2 Licence

Conditions: 

  • Complete a minimum of one year as an Assistant Agent in the property industry
  • Each year complete 12 Points of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Step 3

Complete our license program Class 1 License-In-Charge ( CPP51122 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management)

Apply to Access Canberra for a Class 1 Licence

Conditions:

  • Complete a minimum of two years as a Licensed Agent in the property industry
  • Each year complete 12 Points of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
