Student Portal

Assessment delivery, trainer feedback and marking are completed online within your dedicated student portal. Your portal is also your direct line of communication with your trainer or our support team.

Program Structure

Pre Training: 

The way we deliver the NSW program is that we give you access to the resources prior to the training day. This is so you can familiarise yourself with the content. It gives you time to make any notes or questions that you may have. 

Day of Training: 

Commencement time / Welcome 8:45am
CPD Part 1 9:00am – 10:00am
CPD Part 2 10:00am – 11:00am
Morning tea 11:00am – 11:30am
CPD Part 3 11:30am – 12:30pm
Lunch break 12:30pm – 1:15pm

But most importantly you get to walk away with a more comprehensive knowledge of what is required of you as a practicing real estate professional.   
Access Canberra is the state licensing regulator for property agents ACT. Under the legislation it is a legal requirement that you undertake 12 CPD points per year. We recommend all prospective students read this link to Access Canberra’s guidelines prior to enrolment with us.

To enrol you will need to complete an LLND (Language Literacy Numeracy and Digital Literacy) activity prior to commencing the program. This is to ensure you have the adequate skills and knowledge to progress through your training program and that we can also support you should it be identified you have an LLND area of concern.

You will also need to provide a USI (Unique Student Identifier). The USI is a unique code assigned to you that consolidates your training records into a single online record. It's mandatory for those undertaking vocational education and training (VET) in Australia. If you need to register for a USI, you can do so 
here.   
The CPD requirements are detailed in the Agents (Continuing Professional Development) Guideline 2022 (No 2).

As industry professionals you must complete 12 points of continuing professional development per 12 months comprising of Category (3) eight points and Category (1 or 2) is 4 points for a total of 12 annual points.  
There are different CPD year deadlines depending on your class of licence.  
  • Assistant Agents is from 1st November to 31st October the following year. 
  • Licensed Agent is from 1st July to 30th June the following year.

Support workshops:
We offer fortnightly online support sessions. These sessions are delivered on a drop in basis and attendance is voluntary
