    STEP 1

    1. Complete our entry level program Class 3 Real Estate Assistant Agent, previously known as the certificate of registration

    2. Apply to  NSW Fair Trading as an Assistant Agent (Class 3)

    Conditions: 

    – You must work under the supervision of a Class 1 licence holder

    – Requirement to transition to a Class 2 licence within 4 years of commencement

    – Each year study a further 3 units of competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification

    STEP 2

    1. Complete our license program Class 2 Real Estate Agent (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)

    2. Apply to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 2 Licence

    Conditions: 

    – Complete a minimum of two years as a Licensed Agent in the property industry

    – Provide NSW Fair Trading evidence of your work experience logbook

    – Each year agents must undertake 5 hours of mandatory CPD training in line with NSW Fair Trading CPD requirements

    STEP 3

    1. Complete our license program Class 1 License-In-Charge (CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

    2. Apply to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 1 License

    Conditions: 

    – Complete a minimum of two years as a Licensed Agent in the property industry

    – Provide NSW Fair Trading evidence of your work experience logbook

    – Each year agents must undertake 4 hours of mandatory CPD training in line with NSW Fair Trading CPD requirements

    Conditions: 

    • Complete the prescribed training under the Estate Agents (Education) Regulations 2020

    1. Complete our license program Estate Agent’s Licence (CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
    2. Apply to Consumer Affairs for an Estate Agent’s Licence

    Conditions: 

    • You must have gained the aggregate of at least one-year full-time experience as an agent’s representative in Victoria

  • 1

    STEP 1

    Complete our entry level program Estate Agent’s Representative (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
