Program Outline
For those aspiring to become a real estate or stock & station assistant agent, the journey involves completing five (5) Units of Competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice:
Further Studies
To stay on top of your game, each year, Assistant Agents must complete a further three (3) Units of Competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice as part of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This training needs to be completed between March 23rd and the following year’s March 22nd. This cost is not covered in your training program fees for the Assistant Agent program.
Program Entry Requirements
This training program doesn’t have specific educational entry requirements. However, to apply for an Assistant Agent – Certificate of Registration through NSW Fair Trading, you need to meet their criteria, which include:
Program Delivery
This program provides the flexibility of both face-to-face and online options depending on personal learning preferences. The training program unfolds through engaging four-day workshops. To plan your participation, feel free to download our calendar showcasing upcoming face-to-face dates.
Upon enrolment, you’ll receive a unique username and password for seamless access to your training program via our online Student Portal system, catering to both face-to-face assessments and online study. Safeguarding these login details is crucial, allowing you to log in and out at your convenience.
Kindly note that while our online training portal is mobile-friendly, certain assessment activities tied to form completion require Adobe Reader Program access. Consequently, these aspects necessitate a computer, laptop, or tablet for optimal completion.
For those opting for online learning only you can start as soon as you’re ready and log in and out as many times as you like.

During standard business hours, we invite you to initiate contact with us, at which point we will expeditiously coordinate a discussion with an experienced trainer to address your specific inquiries should the support team not be able to resolve your support question
